Last Week's Definition: Leadership is guiding and influencing people in a positive way. Leadership can shine through any circumstance, as long as people are being guided to where they want to be and in a successful way.
New Definition: Leadership is the act of motivating a person or group of people towards a goal. A leader inspires and directs people in order to guide them to that goal.
Reasoning: I have been defining leadership as guiding people towards something, but i realized that in order to guide someone they must be motivated. You can try leading someone but if they are not motivated, you are not going to be successful. Leadership also requires motivating, in order to guide them further.
