Posted by obst0008 at December 4, 2004 12:25 PMNow I don't have an iPod (and will never get one thanks to the annoying U2 commercial. You know, he says "one, two, three, fourteen" in Spanish at the beginning of the song), but how does ZZTop's gratest hits, The Safety Dance, and AC/DC's High Voltage album and Back in Black album sound. Some of my more recent listening to's.
"Run to the Hills," now that's a good song. I'll have to listen to it sometime again, refresh my memory.
Modern English. Now there is 80's music at its best. I've been listening to the 80's station recently in hopes of hearing The Safety Dance. Well, that, and KQRS is all ads, 93X has gone soft, and KOOL 108 plays nothing but Christmas music. Crappy versions of Christmas music, I might add. And they play the Vikings games. Which I will no longer listen to after today (refer to my blog.)
Posted by: Jeff at December 5, 2004 10:33 PMYou have an Elliot Smith song coming right after something from Pig Destroyer.
Dan, you're never, ever, ever going to get a job as a DJ. You are simply too damn cool.
Also, we all three of us like Maiden and Run to the Hills specifically. I say that makes it our class anthem.
