Bush veto's troop withdrawl bill

President Bush rejected a bill that would require the first U.S. combat troops to be withdrawn from Iraq by Oct. 1 with a goal of a complete pullout six months later, according to associated press writers Anne Flahertyand Jennifer Loven.
This bill would have lead to chaos and confusion, according to Bush in the AP article
Bush also said the bill was a blueprint for failure and defeat, according to the NY Times.
