Procedure for checkout:
1. Reserve resource for full amount of time resource will be gone (not just meeting time)
2. Suggested pickup/setup time - 30 minutes prior to meeting start time
3. Check contents of bag to make sure resource and accompanying power cords, connectivity cords, etc. are available.
4. IF RESOURCE IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN COME TO PICK UP:
- IF GPS Alliance IT STAFF AVAILABLE - talk with staff to utilize another resource
- IF GPS Alliance IT STAFF NOT AVAILABLE
- Use student OIP IT staff computer in General User account to check who might have not returned resource
OR
- IF LAPTOP - Take the "Short Term Laptop". Stored in Black cabinet and labled.

**GPS Alliance IT Staff have an expectation in place to check out resources and check them back in. They also are to try monitor resource calendars and proactively track down missing resources. This is not perfect but we are trying.
