A small pilot group is OIT's new implementation of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. A larger pilot group of approximately 30 people plans to begin using the new VoIP phones in the coming weeks, and in about one month, the entire Rochester campus is scheduled to be will be upgraded.
