Marcus Ostivg (son of Tex and Donna) placed 6th in the MN/USA Wrestling Kids and Cadet State Freestyle Championships (Bantam Division/60 lbs.), Marcus had a combined season record of 23-5. July 08 - Grant Ostvig appointed Managing Director for its Middle East operations for People and Asset Solutions. Grant has held various management positions at Honeywell for over 30 years and spent over half of his career in international sales for process control, representing Honeywell on five continents. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Physics and also received an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Sept. 08 - Tex Ostvig was named President of the College of Education and Human Development Alumni Society. Tex served previously as Secretary, Vice President and now President. As President, Tex will be serving nearly 6,000 members. See link http://www.alumni.umn.edu/society-cehd.html
