Stressed out about finals? Come study with us at EXAM JAM!
Saturday, December 10: 9am-1pm at MCAE (140 Appleby Hall), 1pm-5pm at SMART Learning Commons (204 Walter Library)

Practice tests! Food/snacks! Tutors and consultants available in math, science, social science and selected foreign language! Writing Consultants and Peer Research Consultant will also be available during the MCAE session from 9am-1pm.

Hi,

I am Tex Ostvig, a staff member of the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence. I have been assigned to assist you this semester as a personal mentor and navigator here at the University of Minnesota.

I have enjoyed meeting with many of you and am looking forward to meeting the rest of you. I am here to share valuable resources and help guide you to success as a student.

I have several openings where you can just drop by for a visit.

So, email at ostvigwt@umn.edu and let me know when you are avaialble and I will find a time for us to meet.

Otherwise, I have walk in hours on Tuesday from 1pm-4:30pm, Wednesday 8am-11:30am, Thursday 8am-4:30pm (St. Paul Location).
