Roommate Wanted: Beautiful House in a Quiet Neighborhood - Near HHH and the River
One of my roommates is moving out so I am looking for someone to sublet the room immediately, for two months (july and august) or more.
My address is 926 Franklin Terrace, Minneapolis, MN 55406. Rent for the room is $320. Utilities usually comes out to be $40 and internet is $15. A refundable security deposit of $320 is required on starting the rental.
Location is beautiful and near by the university. Uptown, Midtown and downtown are also close by and accessible through bus no. 2, 7 and 8 which stops near by our place.
