National Case Competition Dates - April 19 and 20, 2013

Roles for students and advisors

Judging criteria
Contact information for additional questions
University maps, schedule of events, and hotel directions from airport
Technical assistance for team development

National Competition Richard Norling Premier Scholarship Information:
1st place (shared award): $7,500
2nd place (shared award): $5,000
3rd place (shared award): $2,500

Hotel Information:
Participants are encouraged to stay at the Commons Hotel, where a block of rooms will be held. When you call for reservations, state that you are a CLARION participant so you receive the discounted group rate.
2013 Rates:
$124.00 per night for two adults, with the cost increasing $20 for each additional adult (rooms can accommodate four adults). Please make your room reservations with the Commons by March 20, 2013, to receive the discounted group rate.

National Case Competition Presentations - All day on Saturday, April 20, 2013 Teams conduct a root cause analysis and present their recommendations for system changes to a panel of interprofessional judges. Each team is given 20 minutes to present and 10 minutes for questions from the judges. The judges will be given roughly 5 minutes to discuss each presentation before the next group begins.
