Ambiguous Loss on Moment

Family Social Science Professor (emeritus) Pauline Boss is featured on a segment of the U's recently launched "University of Minnesota Moment."

Hurricane Katrina took life and property. Pauline Boss, author of the book “Ambiguous Loss: Living with Unresolved Grief,” explains what ambiguous loss is. (Link.)

These programs are being explicitly targeted to radio stations instead of individuals. Maybe because of that, the site is a little buggy when it comes to accessing specific segments. For example, you have to click on the day on the calendar to get the permanent URL to individual programs as there is no listing of recent posts or click options for perma-links. But the RSS feed seems to work fine. (I've added it to my blogroll.)

Hopefully the site will evolve into something more user-friendly for bloggers and the general public. In the meantime, this podcasting service is a pretty exciting development. Other featured entries so far include work-life balance, Minnesota weather, the mechanics' strike at NWA, and Red Lake's "Project Challenge."
