I found this IHE piece and comments about this report interesting.
I fall way outside most "time to degree" range stats.
I believe that "quick" is not always best.
Sometimes there is inadequate context in "quick."
Or geography for intellectual exploration.
Or materials for building vast social networks.
That has been my experience.
That is what I think.
But who cares what I think?
