SITBB Vault: What Dr. King had in Mind

One of my favorite Photo Essays from this blog! Since I originally posted this pic, my girls' doll and stuffed creature collection has grown at least five-fold. The most exciting (for me) additions have been their Addy dolls. I intend to blog soon about this character from the American Girl historical line, as well as about my daughters' fascination with the Addy chapter book and their recent interest in learning about slavery. I love this photo and the post. Did you write a post about the American girl character? (I usually try to do this, but I never got around to reading your archives after I started reading your blog -- good thing you often do the "vault" thing! :)

I think the Anti-Racist Parent blog is great... I should actually add it to my blogroll.

Thanks, Lilian! No, I haven't written here yet about American Girl/Addy, but I have a draft in progress! (Hmmm...Story of my life, LOL!)
