Low on the monies today, high on the wine and tv.
Well, today was partially successful. Only one cup of coffee! ($1.49 total today)
Also, went over to Tyssa's and had wine pizza plus watched the Chuck sandwich. (Explanation: Chuck = good tv show on NBC. Chuck Sandwich = bad marketing scheme to get us consumers to watch the horrible, horrible Celebrity Apprentice by putting the premiere in between two episodes of Chuck. Did it work? Sort of. The bad show was on the tv, but if you put 5 girls in a room with bad tv, there's not much watching going on. )
Also, got the new issue of Craft in the mail today. hooray! Handmade things make me happy. Craft is all about handmade things. This is good. The original subscription cost $30/year. Well worth it in my eyes as the magazine is pretty darn good looking too.
On that note, I've decided to note how much yarn I consume a day. I finished the hat shown below this evening. It used about 300 yards of brilliant purple cotton yarn, which I got on sale for about $6.
Also, here is my Swatch Watch. He is called Cool Fred. He also needs a new battery. Great, more consuming.
(Also, also, this is not my photo. Can't find the cord to my camera at the moment, must fix that.)
