Now, as far as the House goes, I expect the Democrats to have an advantage of approximately 20 seats. The only one I really care about, though is the Minnesota Sixth District. Michele Bachmann needs to lose, or I'll be sad.

Icelandic Cooking
This past week I got an e-mail from IcelandAir to inform me about special last flight packages to Iceland. And they also sent me a recipe for Icelandic lamb. So I decided to make it. It was pretty good actually. I'm not that familiar with cooking lamb, but from what I could tell, it turned out pretty good. I also decided to cook some cream stewed potatoes, and, just to give it a scandinavian element, I just threw some dill on it. I think I could have used some lingonberries, but maybe next time. I think adding some red color to this plate would have done the trick.
