Smack Tim Hardaway on the Ass!
Oh watch out on the basketball court if you score a point, Tim Hardaway sure as hell isn't going to be the first one to pat you on the butt.
Well so everyone's in a tiff about what he said about hating gay people. Yeah, what a surprise. I'm glad somebody was finally brave enough to say it in a way. I mean, althought my interaction with such people is quite limited, I do realize that such people are out there. Tim Hardaway didn't expose professional sports of being homophobic, he only gave it a face to be put into current events.
So what now? Of course it's unacceptable for society to accept Hardaway's comments. I'm quite pleased to say that, (thanks to Matthew Shephard perhaps?), such statments of hate are generally rejected in the United States today. Even most people who disagree with the idea of gay marriage wiill at least agree that such feelings are not appopriate and should be fixed.
Too bad there isn't some kind of punishment or mandatory gay time that can be forced on Hardaway. Would that fix the problem? Maybe. It usually does. He just needs to spend some time in Raven Symone's House.
