Ann Lindstrom

Ann is a 2nd year MPP student concentrating in Public and Nonprofit Management and is currently a research assistant for John Bryson. Before beginning studies at the Humphrey Institute, Ann was the Outreach and Education Coordinator for a statewide abuse prevention program and also served as an Americorps volunteer in Westside St. Paul teaching ESL. Ann has a bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology and religious studies and has also made a living brewing coffee, mixing cocktails and frying eggs. When not pubTalking, you can generally find Ann trying to master remedial music software on her computer; making healthy lunches for fellow students at a nominal price; and reading interior design and home makeover magazines.
Ann's favorite places to pubTalk are at happy hour (at various Twin Cities locations) with friends and with her family in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she can test her active listening and negotiation skills.
