Bjorn Arneson
Bjorn is a second-year MPP student focused on public finance and the changing nature of work/employment in America. His other intellectual interests include food and farm policy, community music ensembles, and generally whatever else he last overheard in the Humphrey hallways. Prior to enrolling at Humphrey, Bjorn worked for two Minneapolis-based music nonprofits and co-founded a web development firm focused on serving small businesses, nonprofits, and churches. He grew up on a farm in southwest Minnesota, earned a music degree in South Dakota and has lived in Minneapolis for the past eight years. He loves to eat good food and sing with friends.
Bjorn's favorite place to pubTalk is at the local VFW following his regular Tuesday evening choir rehearsal. Nothing like choral music to stimulate one's creative thinking!
