Dara Strolovitch, has been named the co-recipient of the APSA's 2008 Gladys M. Kammerer Award for the best book in the field of U.S. national policy for her book, Affirmative Advocacy. Congratulations!
Congratulations to Kathryn Pearson for receiving the Heinz Eulau Award, given annually by the APSA for the best article in the APSR and the best article in Perspectives on Politics. Kathryn and her co-authors received the award for their article in PoP (March 2007), "Testing Huntington: Is Hispanic Immigration a Threat to American Identity."
Congratulations to Dana Adams on being awarded a Dissertation Research Improvement Grant from the National Science Foundation (together with her advisor, John Sullivan) for her dissertation project, "Testing Group-Level Differences in Political Decision-Making."
