Divers and cadaver dogs resumed their search Monday for a teen who went missing near Colorado lake.

Dylan Redwine, 13, has been missing for a week according to MSNBC. He was visiting his father over thanksgiving break in southwestern Colorado when he disappeared.

Redwine was reported missing by his father, Mark Redwine, on Nov. 19, according to MSNBC. Mark Redwine said he had left the house that day around 7:30 and when he returned a few hours later his son was missing.

Divers from the New Mexico State Police are searching the Vallecito Reservoir, reports MSNBC. Police and cadaver dogs are also searching the 12 miles of shoreline around the reservoir.

La Plata County Sheriff's spokesman Dan Bender said that a lack of evidence and information makes the search effort difficult, according to Fox News.

"Without any clues, we need to consider any and all possibilities," Bender said. He went on to say that a runaway scenario has not been ruled out.

Redwine was described as 5 feet tall and 105 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white baseball cap and black Nike t-shirt, reports Fox News.

Vikings authorities are asserting their right to offer personal seat licenses for a fee, saying that Dayton and the public were too quick to judge the proposal.

Dayton condoned the policy early this week after the Vikings released an online survey to gauge fan interest, reports the Star Tribune. Dayton said the policy was unfair to "regular Minnesotans."

Lester Bagley, the Vikings vice president for stadium development and public affairs, said people are "jumping the gun," judging the policy before anything has even become official, reports the Star Tribune.

"We're doing our homework," Bagley said. "That's all were doing."

Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority chairwoman Michelle Kelm-Helgen says the team has "clear authority" to allow these licenses in the new stadium, reports WCCO news.

Kelm-Helgen also said that the fees were comparable to policies in other Minnesota stadiums, reports Kare 11. The Twins currently charge $1000 to $2000 for some premium seats in Target Stadium.
The brigades released a statement saying that Israel had "opened the gates to hell."

Hamas medical sources said the attack injured 84 people and killed at least eight others, including two young girls and Jabari's son, according to CNN.

Israel's attack is due to rising tensions in the region in recent weeks, according to the New York Times. Gaza has launched more than 750 rockets into Israel's southern region this year, frightening the Israeli population and destroying homes.

Israeli Defense Forces spokesman Brgi. Gen. Yoav Moredachai said that a land invasion of the Gaza region is a possibility as attacks from both sides escalate, reports MSNBC.

"All options that allow us to cause seriously damage to Hamas and the other terrorist organizations are on the table," he said.

The U.N. held an emergency meeting Wednesday to discuss the attacks, reports CNN. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas called for an emergency session with the League of Arab States to discuss "Israeli aggression."

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton says he objects to the Vikings efforts to charge fans an extra fee to cover the costs of their new stadium.

Dayton wrote a letter to Vikings owner Zygi Wilf Tuesday denouncing efforts to impose an extra payment for season ticket holders, according to Kare 11.

"The project's strong support came from many regular Minnesotans, not just rich Minnesotans," Dayton said in the letter, reports the Star Tribune. "If a new stadium were to betray that trust, it would be better that it not be built."

The thousands of dollars of extra cost would pay for "personal seat licenses" and would be in addition to the annual season ticket payment, reports the Star Tribune. Dayton's letter was sent a week after the team began a survey to determine ticket holders' interest in the seat licenses.

The team is paying just over half of the $975 million necessary to build the publicly subsidized stadium. Revenue from the seat licenses would cover part of the Vikings's share, according to the Star Tribune.
