Venue Changed for President Obama's Visit

To the University Community:

Minnesotans are no strangers to inclement weather--thus it is with typical Midwestern resolve that we are quickly adjusting to a weather-related change of venue for President Barack Obama's public remarks on Saturday. Due to the high probability of rain in the forecast, the President will speak indoors at the University Field House.

The latest information about the President's visit can be found online. As I've said previously, this is a rare opportunity for our campus and community--thank you for your flexibility and patience.
