VA Medical Center Research Assistant Posting for U of MN Department of Psychology
A full-time 9-month research assistant position is available at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis to work with Dr. Hildi Hagedorn collecting data for a project testing the effect of providing monetary incentives for negative breath and urine screens on drug and alcohol treatment outcomes. The research assistant would be responsible for participant recruitment, research assessments and conducting the intervention. During the 8-week intervention, participants attend bi-weekly appointments at which they submit breath and urine samples and earn monetary rewards based on the testing results.
Candidates must have a BA/BS degree in psychology or health sciences. Compensation is approximately $18.60/hour.
