Good Afternoon Fem Bloggers.
If you have a free evening, and would like to watch a movie to escape from your literary and homework-filled lives, check out this documentary, about South African leader John Dube!
The movie is playing tonight (I think at 7:30?) at Oak Street Cinema - sorta near Ford Hall... closer to Espresso Expose and Philip Wangesteen (sp?) building.
And the man who made the documentary Cherif Keita - is a former professor of mine. He's an amazing man. And a good speaker.
I haven't seen it - but would love to - just a recommendation for ya'll to ponder. If you need a night "off".
Here's the link for more information, South African Leader John Dube: Documentary
Enjoy! barb
