What does sex have to do with Carl's Jr?

This is a commercial for Carl's Jr. Restaurant. They use Paris Hilton washing a car in her bikini while eating a Carl's Jr hamburger. At the end, they use her famous quote, "That's Hot." It is aiming at customers to come to their restaurant and because Paris Hilton thinks it hot.
