It tends to showcase that potential candiandates are hired for their sex appeal ; thus their actions are showcased to be appealing. This has been done with men as well but with trying to emulate the sex appeal of a woman. This example shows us how men and women have different places in society and are percieved in differentn ways even for jobs where the gender of the person does not matter for the commercial output.
haha I saw this on TV and it's so funny. Actually I think this one is a parody commercial of high-fashion photo shoot, which implies that ordinary people can be much more attractive by using The Ladders just like super models. I know it still has sexual implications because of their poses, though.
