What's sex got to do with... Smoking?

This anti smoking ad, from France, is depicting oral sex. The makers of the ad say that it is meant to depict "dependency and submission".. However, the first thing that I thought of when looking at this is sexual abuse. Also, the fact that teens are used in this with men in suits seems very demeaning.
