In today's class, we will continue to review the concept, "sex/gender/desire" and we will begin discussing "normal, normalization, normativity." If we have time, we also watch a few clips from "Toilet Training"
I want to spend some time discussing the concept assignment that is due next Monday. Here are some notes, with some examples.

For next week:
We will be discussing heteronormativity on Monday. Bring in some item related to Valentine's Day--an advertisement, image, card for us to critically discuss.
