This shows that Wayne Rooney is really great football player, and he wears NIKE shoes.
And people imagine that they kick soccer ball like him with NIKE shoes through this commercial. I don't think this commercial uses his attractiveness and how he looks like.
This is emphasizing his sucess and ability as a male atheletes.
Why is there differences between female and male atheletes even though the commercials are made by the same company?
Does it encompass how people think about each sex/gender in societies?
