I found another website that has guildlines for parents to talk with their children. While it gives tips and techniques talking with kids (what to talk about), it doesn't provide when-to. So my question is that: when is appropriate age for children to accept and understand these talks?

I think this is a great website the only problem I have with it is this is for already open parent. What about the parents not wanting to talk about sex and issues they should have a spot on the webpage just for kids that want information.
