I came across this while reading the news on cnn.com. It's very interesting because it is a celebrity campaign to end child sex trafficking and child prostitution. The selling techniques it's using include celebrities and sex, heteronormative idealogy, and threatening the viewer's masculinity. I'm a little confused by it because it seems their target audience, MEN who pick up young girls for sex, probably wouldn't care what celebrities are doing. They are succeeding in raising awareness of the issue though.
Does the ad condone men buying older women (as opposed to young girls)? What kind of message do the links at the end of the video send?
