Writ 1201, Section 001

Wow, When I was researching for my informative speech for JT Class. First I went to library and got some useful documents for the MN Deparment of public service. And then, I used the Mn Public Radio website and startribune for my informative speech. Actually I learned a lot more about the what I was going to inform than I told my audiences. Just research is putting some correct information together and citting the sources correctly.
It was fun for me and it is a lot of time comsuming, becuase you have gather the good main points that may interest your audience and leave some information that is also good but may not interest your audience.

To research for a topic, you could do online such as google and yahoo and typing the word topic. It'll come up with a lot of good topics that significant right now. The other way to do it is think about the other class's lesson and find out which is the thing you want to know more about to become your topic. I did like that in my research paper in speech class. I choose the one that I know the most and could research more based on what I already know. It's the same in this class I think we should find a topic that we already know so it'll be easier and help us get more knowledge about the problems. I think of how immigrant come to this country and what is the condition for them in their home country and here, the United States.

1. My topic in class is The Peace Corps. It is an oversea volunteer of U.S. government. Its goal is help people oversea meet their need such as in the education, in the farm, and the health care.It has a good meaning to me.
2.I think my topic in speech did not have any connection to the topics that I wrote in this class; maybe it might connect with paper number four because I need to research information before I write.
3. I have two topics that I interested. One of them is love and other is languages.

I appreciate music art and my topic for JT's class was to have other people know how and why it affects our everyday life and the reasons for musical education to be primary or secondary education in high schools and in colleges as well.I really haven't started thinking about my topic yet. I would have to think and see if I can come up with something that I can elaborate on it.

Actually My speech research topic was the Nuclear Radiation in Prairie Island in MN.

World hunger was my topic in speech class I came to know the facts and the real hunger situation around the world domestically and globally. There is no possible connection, between this topic and papers we discussed in writing 1201.
I did not decide yet but Race, Hunger or Homeless are the topics I have in mind right now.

My topic was about immigrants. Through my research, I found out that not all information is right. Sometimes they only different in a small detail which we may not know. Both the topics that are in JT's class and for this course, they are almost the same because we have to do research for them. Maybe we could use the detail from JT's class to help us do for paper number four. To do this paper i would like to know that is this paper just a research paper or we use information that we reseach to help us to do this paper.

1) I chose to research the topic of the Spartans. What I learned was that they highly regard fight for their country.

2) One possible connection could be that the Spartans taught how to be prepared for battle. In this course we are being Prepared for the world outside battle which in will help us Survive.

3) some of the topic which I’m interested in is about, people in the past what they did how they lived what Activity they did what kinds of food they ate etc...

my speech was about ethiopians culture and tradition.possible connection between this course and my speech is using resourses like books and internet.i want to learn at least one culture and traditoion of another country some where in europe.
