I feel that the world is perceived in a way that is not realistic in the American.
In am speaking of the homeless situation in America. most other countries perceived that the U.S per?capita rate is around 25,000$ a year, wich is somewhat true. The reasoning to this is that this statistic is taken from people
who have reported in the system; What about the 10% percent theory the ten percent theory states that for every 100%, 10% percent out of that has is ambigous to the count. the U.S homeless rate should be a big issue and not just browse over by the goverment and other countries
