Throughout history empires have grown and have fallen then a new one comes along and then falls. I was thinking do u ever believe that could happen to the United States??? Its kinda weird to think of our country falling to a lower power. I think this could happen because are troops are soooooo spread out and so stretched thin. this makes our power seem not as powerful. to me its kind of like what happened in the summer olympics with the USA basketball team. in the early 90's the DREAM TEAM which consisted of Micheal Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Karl Malone, John Stockton, David Robinson this was the greatest team assembled. they blew every country out of the water by 50 points. But, this year the so called "Dream Team" lost three times and got the bronze medal. The country that used to have complete control of the sport lost its grip. could this happen to our country too?? jus wondering give me some feedback.
It's an interesting idea, I know from growing up at church that a lot of Christians agree that after reading Revelations, that 'at the end of earth,' that the US will not be a key player, so something will happen to make the country fall, and a lot of people think that these may be the last days, according to a lot of Christians.

The Greatest Empires of the world came down earlier or later. The people of Rome didn't imagine that Rome will ever fall. But it did. There are several examples of such in the world history: Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, Kir, the great persian king, Atilla. At any time, there is potential froce that may destroy an empire. The timing of the fall depends on the events that happen. There might be a time of serenity in the world, but the next day several wars might break out, as it did in 1968, when war was fought in Budapest against communism and ind in Israel against Egypt

I'm a church boy myself and what Josh is talking about is true. I have heard the same things and actually the Revelations thing he is alluding to is the reference of the, I believe it is the five headed beast and this has been told to me as being the Euro Powers. So US will fall eventually and I'm not sure how soon, but that is some topic you set out there Will because some of my guys was talking about that a while ago. Maybe then the US would stop being so cocky.
