alright...
so i am very annoyed with my research topic. eating a vegan diet for 3 months gave me uncomfortable gastro-intestinal problems (ill spare you all the gross details) and made me sooooooooo tired. however, i dont think im going to change my research question because it is suggested that you EASE into the vegan lifestyle... first starting with meat, then moving on to parts of the dairy group, then the rest of the dairy, and then the other forbidden foods should be limited little by little. i suppose if i had tapered off my animal-products consumption, it may have been different. so yeah.... im keeping it the same. (its still annoying though!) hope all had a good weekend, see you tomorrrow.
