Well to actually look at the question in question in perspective, deafness can be looked at as a way of life, in my opinion, but not a culture. There are not any deaf holidays that come to mind, deaf people don't have a set dress code, they don't stay in a certain area, they surely don't have a set reciepe that is used frequently.
