Mosaic Self-portrait
I wonted my self-portrait to reflect my personality and the world around me. I wonted it to tell a story about me, my family and my trip to the USA. On the left side you can see photos of my family, girlfriend and some of my interests and experiences in USA. To get a more personal feeling a have my fingerprint and signature on the lower part. On the right corner you see the Swedish and the American flags with typical stuff related to them. On the Swedish flag you se traditional Swedish things and on the American flag you find my passport and insurance card, the thinks that is relative to my experience in the US at the time I made the picture. In the middle we find a big picture of me, to bind this together the whole picture is divided in to nine squares with different colors. On my face you see smaller squares with different color and my eye that are in black and white to focus on a specific part of the whole picture. I am very happy with the self-portrait.
