Sen. Larry Craig Still Fighting the Guilty Plea

Idaho Sen. Larry Craig plans on going back to court to argue against his guilty plea of disorderly conduct in a Minneapolis Airport bathroom in June. Craig and his attorney will make a case against Minnesota's disorderly conduct law, stating that it is unconstitutional, namely it is against the First Amendment, guaranteeing United States citizens freedom of speech. The case will be brought to court in December according to MSNBC.

Craig's lawyer Billy Martin is a criminal lawyer from Washington, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
