The "human activity" that my project will address relates to both the perpetuating emergence of the problem of access to higher "public education" while simultaneously addressing the opportunity of creating a broader spectrum of Lifelong Learning cirriculums that can be personally designed and potentially applied for credential application if the Learner chooses.
The problem piece of the puzzel derives from escalating higher education costs and student loans while the education level of society as a whole is declining as presented in a PBS documentary "Declining Degrees." The opportunity piece relates to the increasing population of Lifelong Learners prevalent in the aging Boomer Generation.
