I met with the volunteer coordinator at the art gallery where I am doing my internship. He was pleased with the final version of the volunteer/intern guide. He was pleased with how solid the document was, and was just the right combination of formal, informative, and exciting. Despite our difficulties in meeting, our final meeting got a lot done in terms of my confidence in the project. It was great to see his response to the project, and it really let me know that I was successful in spite of his poor communication with me. I was able to find the information elsewhere and put together the document independently.
This experience will greatly help me in my future jobs. Overcoming the difficulties of this project and producing a high quality document with little to no input from my client has shown me that I am ready for any project that I may face in my career.
