Week 3

Last week:
Leadership is influencing others to pursue a common ambition. A leader, no matter the situation or position must be proactive and have a positive attitude.

This week:
Leadership is influencing others to pursue a common ambition. A leader, no matter the situation is positive, proactive and thinks about every point of view.

Analysis:
After reading, "Get on the balcony" I have realized that leaders must be mindful of the group's feelings. There is great need for leaders to be mindful to the situation as a whole and react proactively. The majority of my definition hasn't changed since I feel that it was supported by the experiences I had this week.
