This Week: Leadership is inspiring others to mirror you dedication to pursue a common ambition. A leader, understands and respects his, his follower's, and the community's strengths and values in order to maximize the teams impact. A leader keeps everyone on the same page with common values, set expectations, set goals, and healthy communication.

Analysis: This week the reading about racism, reminded me of the need for a leader to respect others culture, values, and beliefs. We often only conciser our point of view and it is important to be mindful regarding how our actions effect others. This week I have been mindful to the fact that we are all very different and no one is right and no one is wrong. Our lives have shaped us and non of us deserve a label. It is important that leaders look at many stories and not base things on a 'single story'.
