Second Kenyan lawmaker is killed

Amidst riots and increasing instability, a second Kenyan lawmaker was killed this week. David Kimultai Too, a former teacher and member of the Orange Democratic Movement, was gunned down by Police on Thursday. The death interrupted political negotiations and worsened riots, according to the New York Times.
Amidst this latest killing, two top U.S envoys labeled the situation in Kenya ethnic cleansing. They added that action should be taken to stop the flow of aid, reported the Huffington Post.
