Alffenaar et al report in CID a pharmacokinetic description of a combined plasma and CSF moxifloxacin concentration measurements over time in 4 patients treated for tuberculosis meningitis during steady-state conditions. This study shows that moxifloxacin easily penetrates into the CSF. For the full article see the following:
