Every 4th of July or New Years Eve, my brother and I would climb on that white wall and then continue climbing up that white pipe like monkeys climbing trees. Once we got up there we would walk up to a ledge and sit on top for it with soda drinks and chips and just let the fire works glow in greens, blues, reds and yellow color. It was both fun and exciting. And we almost got caught by the police one year, but we managed to hide and not guive up our position.
