Since 2009, an inter-disciplinary collaboration of university and community partners has been conducting research to learn more about food system work in Southeast Minnesota. The results of this Southeast Foodshed Planning Initiative (SEFPI) work are collected in a “metadoc” called, "A Set of Research Tools and Studies Concerning the Food Environment of Southeast Minnesota." It is hoped that the digital reports, charts, and Excel data files found in this metadoc will help shed light on food system work underway in this region, and will be used to help realize a healthy food environment for all.
