For over a decade the Southeast RSDP has been known in Southeast Minnesota as “The Experiment in Rural Cooperation (ERC),” thus the name—The ERC Library Collection—a project that partners with the Southeast Library System to share a growing collection of sustainable development materials through the MN public library system.Partners
