Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems projects
Support increasing the production and use of locally grown food and develop a regional food system in western Minnesota that provides good, nutritious food, nurtures a healthy environment, and provides economic opportunities for area entrepreneurs. Target institutional buying including local schools, colleges, institution food services and retail to improve healthy eating habits for people of all ages.
