Leadership

I think being a leader is someone who is confident in those with whom their leading.

They are not afraid to not be a "friend" all the time, because a friend is not always what a leader is. Sometimes they have to be the "bad guy" that the followers don't like, but the leader knows this is often necessary to get what needs to get done. A leader is someone whom I feel is also very respected. There's an approach-fulness about them, but also a certain level of respect.
