4) (Last Week) Leadership is knowing that sometimes you cannot please everyone, but knowing with the help of your team you can get everyone through it.
5) Leaders remain level-headed in times of crisis, and keep their eyes on their vision to help the team through.
This week I thought of leadership through the reading "Becoming a Servant Leader: Do you have what it takes?" Leaders are servants to their team in a way that the team should know the leader always has their back. Leaders need to remain level headed about issues that arise and keep the team following a specific vision that will drive them all forward. Without giving the team a vision a leader would have nothing to lead the team to. Giving the team a common goal gives the team something to work together for.
