3) (Last Week) Leadership is believing in your values and having people believe in you as their leader.
4) Leadership is knowing that sometimes you cannot please everyone, but knowing with the help of your team you can get everyone through it.
I think that if a leader is doing good the leader can also depend on the team to be leaders and help everyone strive to be better. What I thought about in the readings and in general this week was that a leader cannot always be a friend, sometimes they need to be the tough guy that gives you a kick in the butt because they know your not reaching your full potential. If the right dynamic is made these kick in the butt's will help because a bond of respect has already been made between the leader and the rest of the group.
