We have been running with Google Mail in IT Ops for a while.
The entire Extension organization will not move to Google until after the State Fair.
The big question is going to be, do we keep Outlook and continue to support two email solutions?
Outlook and the Google web interface?
What do you think?
I am still running Outlook with OCFO and it works fine, it will still crash Outlook once in a while but other than the mail server and password change everything stayed the same. It would be nice to have everybody go to the web client to eliminate the OCFO problems. We also need to discuss departments with multiple email accounts.
